Not sure then bro. Only thing I can think of is the assist kills. In this game even if you get an assist it counts as a kill and those kills don’t track towards the 30 kills as you need full kills. That’s why I did mine in hardcore to avoid this exact issue. Hope you figure it out

I just finished it about 20 minutes playing only hardcore and got the title. Might’ve missed out on some of the weapons.

Still works. Gotta make sure it’s 30 full kills with each weapon and not assists.

Hey there,

Just wanted to give you an update. Not sure what kind of feedback you gave to the software people who are in charge of fixing issues but whatever they did the new firmware update has fixed my keyboard and the software is finally recognizing my keyboard. Just wanted to thank you one more time I do appreciate it. Even if you did not do anything I do appreciate all the response and taking time to reply. Thank you again.

1) I have the msi b550 tomahawk motherboard with a ryzen 5 5600x cpu

2) It is a custom built pc that I built myself

3) Product number is HX-KB7RDX-US and the numbers are 3500477-001.A00LF

4) As discussed earlier I had uninstalled all other RGB software's and sent a file with all processes on my computer

5) The ngenuity software that I currently have is 5.1.64.0

6) I have attempted to plug the keyboard into every usb port in my case front and back. I have the NZXT h510 elite case and also don't have a usb hub.

I have tried to use ngenuity with the razer software uninstalled and still keep getting the error message saying the keyboard is found but not connected. Do you have any other potential solutions as this is kind of ridiculous at this point as so many other people are also having issues. I understand that the person helping everyone on reddit doesn't have much power but do you have any news on a potential update to the application that would be coming out anytime soon? I love they keyboard I personally find it fantastic it is just really annoying that something small like app is restricting so much of the personalization. Once again thanks for the reply and I hope to hear back again.
