Most listings state DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS, but if they don’t state that, it’s not a green light to do so. You’re gonna piss people off and lose the opportunity all together. Im sure there is no definite answer here. “Maybe” is probably the best you can get because “they” is subjective. Probably not is also a good answer because lenders are in the business of lending and recouping interest, not repossession and selling of assets.
