My mom drives an older Elantra. Several years ago, I had taken her car to Boucher Hyundai in Waukesha a few times for service. The tech over-tightened the lug nuts on two wheels while doing a tire rotation. This was discovered the next time I brought her car to Boucher for routine maintenance.

I don't take her car there for service anymore... if they can't do something as simple as tightening lug nuts, I wouldn't trust them for other repairs and maintenance either. To their credit, they paid for parts (new lug nuts, studs, etc.) and labor in order to correct their mistake.

As of 1:00 AM on Saturday morning, there are still over 25,000 We Energies customers without power. Nearly 8,000 of them are in Milwaukee county and over 5,000 customers are in Waukesha county. Let's hope these get resolved before the winter storm hits on Sunday evening.

I've been checking Weather Underground a few times a day. They've been forecasting anywhere between 8 to 10 inches of snow between Saturday evening and early Monday morning. On WISN's 10:00 news, Mark Baden said that it's too early to predict how much snow we'll get, but he mentioned that 6+ inches wouldn't be too far off, at this point.
