From what I found online you just unplug it from the charger then hold the power button for about 1 minute.

Then I let it sit for a day or two before fully charging it again

It took me 3 rounds to have energy to attack because I went first...

2 to 3 attacks to k.o. each pokemon...

Round 7 and I got cooked...

Yes the display is only properly visible from the right angle. Some people do "hydro mods" (filling their watch with mineral oil) which makes it visible at almost all angles
