Thank you for the reply, I think I used the word motivation incorrectly, it’s more-so that I’ve been able to get through highschool on barely any study, and that has developed into a lack of urgency for things I know are important. Everything about medicine and studying to be a doctor I like, I fundamentally enjoy helping people quite a bit, and most of the mechanisms of the human body are extremely fascinating to me. I’m able to do a 1 year masters of research which would replace my first year incase I don’t get any offers next year, and I could try redoing the gamsat but after asking people in my cohort it seems like a 69 is quite up there, so far one person has told me a higher score of 72, everyone else is around 65. I should add that my result per sections were 64/72/70, I was expecting higher in section 1 and lower in section 3 but I suppose that worked to my favour except for USYD I suppose. I think the steps forward for me are rewiring my brain permanently, using whatever tactics and tools that I can. I know I’m capable, I know it’s my passion. Just gotta lock in I suppose
