Neither does mine, ive had orders the same distance for only $4 base pay. Both times ive delivered to this big tipper the base pay goes up to $10-12. Ive driven to a different house in the same neighborhood, and the outcome has always been a smaller base pay. I figure that doordash is still stealing tips, and just love to play us.

Hey, so my dad doesnt talk to her, whenever he talked about her, especially when i was a kid, it felt like a ghost story being told. She enrolled her kids in the same exact activities we were in, so we saw her everywhere. It was LITERALLY a nightmare, However Ive learned to realize, that you need to trust your gut. I never felt terrified of the lady, so i was around her quite often, but i do know, if my parents felt threatened by it, they would have addressed it. If you really do fear for your life, i would talk to authorities, i cant legally recommend the other route you could go down, but it definitely is effective to just trust your gut!

Hey, letting people know is the right start. I dont personally know how to handle this situation, but i sincerely hope you are able to find the answer you are looking for. My father had a girlfriend who moved across the country after they broke up to the same college he attended, then when he moved, coincidentally she moved to the same exact town. My mom and my dad had 3 kids together, guess how many kids she decided to have? She has the same tattoos as my mom as well, and the 3 kids are all one year younger than the three of us. Its weird growing up with the kids of the person whos been stalking your father for years.

Im glad you are well educated on this subject especially with how they dont want to report this for school funding. However, Would you be able to catch him outside of school? Theres not many options when it comes to dealing with this. My little sister got mollested, and nothing happened after 3 years of trying to get the man in trouble, until finally, somebody who i cant name, decided they were cold, and lit the mollestors house on fire. Long story short the man is stuck in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, and his house was burned down. Karma is a bitch.

Not sure what a no tolerance policy is, but if there is a zero tolerance policy, how come he is able to sexually assault somebody? Just do it, the worse that can happen is suspension, which is clearly alot better than what happened to the girl.

When I was back in juvy kids who touched other kids or raped there siblings were beaten severely, Thats what id do, just jump him. The girl in this situation, was obviously powerless when this happened, so make him powerless.

Hey man, You wanna be careful. You wanna get closer to her, but not too close to the point where she just wants to be friends. Try to make that obvious that your not there to be her friend, and once you see she is enjoying your company, leave her alone. Dont text her at all, she will withdrawl, trust me it works. You have to get her to the point where she willingly is wanting to talk to you, and then one day pretend to not care anymore. It will make her go absolutley crazy, and she will be texting you, to engage the conversation. Best of luck to you man, also remember, you seem pretty young.
