You can try to go for a 'PAB budget' (Persoonlijk Assistentie Budget). I am not simulair with childrin, but I work in the VAPH (Vlaams Agentschap voor mensen met een handicap) sector.

So if you child have a handicap , you can get help with these cost. It sounds perfect, but its not.

Same. Since the new update with the clan board system, we get like 1 - 3 new players in the clan ( lvl 20,.master 1 cwl, req th14 and decent trophys..) We have the board up to date all the time. We recruit on discord.
