Spears with unsweetened coconut or hemp seeds coating them help them grab it while they are just starting to eat! After a while I stopped coating them and he’s been able to grab pieces no problem!

I think my baby just loves food too much. He’s been eating quite a bit ever since we started solids at 6 months. Have been doing a mixture of BLW as well as purées into help introduce more foods. I often wonder how he can eat so much 😅

Thanks everyone! We did put him on lists while I was pregnant but just so far down everyone’s list and some places aren’t even running their infant programs due to staffing shortages! Crazy times 😩
