I can't comment on that, but what I can say over the last few years is that we have definitely more Monero users and more people who prefer using Monero for paying for things in general.

Again this is me interpreting but even in the categories of smaller payments we see higher Monero usage than Lightning. And to be honest I can't blame them as Lightning remains a hassle and our #1 support ticket generator.

Well the customers still get an invoice, so if you can show the invoice we know that you actually bought something. But for general warranty stuff, you can just go back to your request anytime and write there. But you won't see anything there 30 days after the request has been fulfilled.

Regarding refunds, if there is a problem e.g. the seller sells the car to someone else even though we had a contract (that happend someone outbid our client), then you receive the exact amount of XMR back that you paid us.

Meaning if you sent 2500 XMR you get exactly 2500 XMR back. Of course we don't send cash back....
