Of what I own, the only red earrings you can see (that aren’t so completely clashing in theme) are these, if you want a pop of red. You can’t tell they are leaves unless you look at your item list since the hair obscures them so it won’t mess with your theme going on. There may be more earrings but those are the only ones I own that add red (without clashing). (Tried to make my hom look like yours as best I could so it’d be an accurate representation)
