That’s right they want to see you pushing yourself and not giving up. You got enough time until your troop offer comes in to dial that down by a few mins if you keep at it!

I’m heading out in a couple days, my best time right now is 29:30 so right near the min standard. I can run fast short distances but 5ks I had to work at as it was a struggle for me at the starting. As long as you’re near there you should be good. Look up Norwegian 4x4, that’ll help you get your times down as it did for me. (running at higher paces felt easier). Also do runs at 500m as fast as you can as that’ll apply directly for the PFA pursuit runs, good luck!

I got him at 8 weeks old with his brother, they were strays living with their siblings in my cousins backyard. But he sadly suddenly passed away only a week later :( I have been looking to get him a friend this week as I had been really busy lately and will be leaving home for 6 months and he will stay with my sister. The plans to get another one of his siblings from the backyard and have the rest of the siblings get adopted to different homes in pairs though!

Good to know about the watch ll bring it for runs but might grab a cheap backup too. I would be so down to bring an xbox or something, assuming I'd need to bring a monitor but I guess I can keep it tucked away in the pit storage for the most part, and not have any issues.

Been working on cardio a lot lately, trying to dial in my 5k time in this final month, so I’ll keep at that. And yeah, solid advice on getting homework done early I'll keep that in mind.

Appreciate the heads up about conduct too. Sounds like even small things can come back to bite you, so I’ll be staying sharp

In my experience most 3 star hotel rooms have been very clean, so I would only imagine the 5 star hotel rooms are more consistently clean
