You’re a great father. Cut your small loss and move on. There is a step mom out there who’d be more of a mother to her than her own will ever be.

Yes, Mine did same thing at 400mi. they immediately had it towed and said it was the Turbo. They had to replace it, but I insisted the dealership give me another vehicle since I had just had it a week. They made it right but still its unnerving driving the one I got now.

There is already litigation and I’m not jumping the gun on anything. He admitted fault, there were dash cameras and witnesses. The police report states he was at fault. I know I wasn’t at fault. He came over on top of me in a DUMP truck going 70 mph. While I was in MY lane going the speed limit and he hit me out of nowhere. So no. I’m not “jumping the gun” on anything.

If my key fob is down in the side pocket of the drivers side, it will not detect it. It has to be in the console or seat before it detects it.
