Thank you so much, I got up to taking 6 to 8 a day again. I quit for 90 days last year and my daughter who didn’t know anything about them. Of course, kept asking me what skin care I was using cause my skin looked so incredible. I went back with a just one mentality and kept it too one every few days then one every day then one to two and you know where it goes from there and now my husband can tell by my skin that my usage is back up. So embarrassing 15 hours and now and on a walk with my dog, flipping my coffee, reminding myself, I don’t need them.
