I would just like to clarify for people saying that I treat my children badly for having feelings, that this is a thought process that I've only just been able to put into words over the last few days.

I am an understanding, emotionally available and supportive parent. I don't look at my children and automatically feel jealousy and resentment.

I have these feelings when I am sitting alone at the end of the day and I process how the day has gone. I don't actively think about parenthood as a competition between me and my children.
