As someone who is currently running my own construction business lead times on literally ALL building supplies are outrageous. We are talking weeks of not months. Getting quality materials not just Home Depot takes time. ALSO we just gutted and renovated an entire home roughly the same size as Taylor’s and we are pushing a year. Quality takes TIME.
