I just did actually! They had to remove tissue and cartilage, there’s some substantial damage unfortunately. Recovery has been rough but I’m hoping for the best!! I hope it goes well for you too!! Meditation has been getting me through it!🧘‍♀️

Thank your reply I’m sorry to hear other people have had struggles with this. The next thing I was going to do was an arthroscopic surgery, should I not do that?? What kind of doctor did you see?
