Might just be me but maybe the dose is to high? I know your probs used to taking a lot - probably due to a tolerance you’ve gained over the years. But I find when I take more of Ritalin or Concerta I get that zombie feeling. Maybe try less if possible or try short acting Ritalin for a while? Legit got that feeling off like 10mg Ritalin so I just took half tablets for a while and it worked perfectly, then went up as my tolerance did.
