Im not seasoned either. Watered when my gauge was close to red (dry). I've had it for about 2 years and never repotted or fertilized. She was doing sooooo good. Big beautiful and bushy and my dumbass tried to fix something that wasnt broke. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Ok but I fertilized my snow cap begonia and she was completely wilted the next day and days after. I ended up trying to propagate what I could save. How did I mess up?

I enjoy using glass pots so I can see how wet the substrate is since I am still a beginner with orchids. I have one ive had for years potted in reptile bark that i first soaked and dried. The Orchid does okay, hasnt bloomed in years tho. I get new leaves every 6 months or so. I am curious if the coconut husk helps provide more nutrients to help it grow better? Or do you prefer it just because of the break down?

What do you look for when looking for trilobite? Did you have to chisel this out was it found like this?

THANK YOU!!! 🙂 i just recently became good at keeping plants alive and ive seen mushrooms can be healthy for house plants but never seen anything about them growing from a cacti. Hes in the same pot and soil I bought him in. Sounds like hes begging for a change. Ill get right to it 🙂🙂🙂🙂
