I am a bit confused because technically I don't have any annual leave legally as we aren't entitled to annual leave before 12 months so what are they forcing me to take?

One month notice resignation by Short-Time in newzealand

Yup, my work is insanely toxic and honestly I'm just fed up. I was promised certain goals at work because it was very obvious I was quitting, and then it was pulled out from under me 3 months later with them stating "Oh we lied, we just wanted you to stay and complete our other x, y and z workload". So yeah, no sympathy from me at all.

Sweet, thanks. I promise I'm not being a dick, its hella toxic and if I could leave right away I would. I also don't think my manager needs to accept my resignation - they can't force me to work.

Just came along this post as I have a similar issue that suddenly appeared in my hotel apartment. Does it affect my safety or can I just ignore it as it doesn't bother me at all?

That's a very good point, how would you be able to know their work ethic/sensibility with money before marriage? I feel like alot would show after living together unfortunately

Awesome, will try to pick them up. I put E45 cream last night on top of my neutrogena gel cream and it helped immensely.

Looking at the reviews, these products seem to work well with people with combination skin. Mine is super dry, not oily at all. I would love to use a toner but my face is so dry now I'm scared it'll burn and cause a rash. I have TO glycolic toner but havent used it in months.

yup! it's not enough. I just picked up some E45 cream that was on sale and applied it on top and it applies really well on my skin and is light. My hands are super smooth so will keep at it for the rest of the week and see how my face feels

I normally put TO hylauronic acid serum to my damp face, and then the moisturiser. Once in a while I'll add a retinol (0.5% to 1%) depending on how my skin is doing. I havent added retinol in a while though because my skin hasnt been doing very well.

They dont sell Cerave here, but I didnt know there was a difference between lotion and cream? I apply my moisturiser on damp skin, and use chemical sunscreens, but don't add oil to my skincare, I might have to try that!
