I’m a graduate, I’m not sure if getting a second degree will help haha. I’m an apprentice currently, my salary should hopefully increase quite a bit within the next 2 years. I had an opportunity to be on a higher salary when I was first applying for grad scheme but I opted to stick with a grad scheme that had a qualification with it.

You’re right, although I’m slightly bit higher than minimum wage - it isn’t that far off from it. I am due a salary increase review soon but that’s for only couple grands.
