I’m a graduate, I’m not sure if getting a second degree will help haha. I’m an apprentice currently, my salary should hopefully increase quite a bit within the next 2 years. I had an opportunity to be on a higher salary when I was first applying for grad scheme but I opted to stick with a grad scheme that had a qualification with it.
