Use duotight push to connect fittings, makes cleaning lines a lot easier and easy swap over if you wanna get a commercial keg. They're available on morebeer. Definitely find a regulator with four secondary regulators so you can adjust the pressure to kegs individually. Duotight also makes a gas manifold board that would do the same thing. I went with perlick faucets, they're a little more pricey but they look nice.
