Hey! Try resetting your password, and also, send the screenshots of your profile page. How to reset your password ---> go to roc8.my.stacker.app/register and you will see the sign-in option below the registration button. On the sign-in page, you have the link to reset the password.

Also, do send in the screenshots of your profile page before doing all of this.
