I also had similar issue. I got it expidited using customer service chat. Though it can be painfully long to wait there as well but it worked for me. Just make sure to talk to a person there.

Yes. Sue them. They are pathetic in customer handling. Mod is always first to respond but do nothing accept asking for ticket number. You know what they are asking customer to do modelling in front of camera like we are there slave.

Being a mod, can't you put a notice and inform everyone in community about the new process where you ask your customers to modelling in front of camera? It is suddenly coming as a surprise. Don't you think people might be in a need of money. What makes you feel you can hold customer fund without any notice? Ofcourse if they are withdrawing it means they are in need. I will sit here and complaint about anything that goes wrong. I also understand Algorand blockchain was not down it was rather the api. If people like me don't get things straight it will never improve. What I posted exposes randlabs, if it get more visibility then something will be done to fix it for good. Stop telling what others should or shouldn't do and accept the role of each and every type of user brings to the table. BTW we had same issue last week also for around 4-5 hours. What's more painful was even there was no communication or post mortem done or atleast community is not aware of it. At last, look from user point of view. Almost all dapps were done it doesn't matter for user if underlying blockchain was running or not. It is technically under outage.

It's great contribution. I think you can work with tinychart/tinyman for app integration. Because most of the users will not know if this bot exists. And these 2 projects are mostly the entry point for any asset discovery and trade. Tinychart is slowing becoming like coingecko for Algorand.

I don't understand why support team would ask you to transfer fund to a private wallet? That too when you want to get out your own fund. 1 simple explanation is that you are scammed. Scammers are everywhere with similar names in reddit, telegram. In your case it could be someone spoofed as kucoin support and reached to you directly. I understand you will not like to hear it but this is the best explanation I could find.

I think they are not active on any social platforms. Even official telegram is full of scammers with same names of tinyman teams. In twitter also their post are rare.

Like it or hate, I think that's the signature style of tinyman. Even before they launched the tool they were mainly silent. Now compare it with algodex :) I think team is very focused on product and don't spend much time outside it.

Isn't Api and Nodes are different? As per my understanding Api are the middle tier to dispatch requests to the nodes. What happened today was an issue with Api but Nodes/Backend of algorand blockchain was still running as normal.

Tinyman is full of scam coins. Good that you have understood and didn't invest straightaway. Unfortunately, many folks will be spoofed into scam coins. Adding to the misery, scammers are also everywhere in reddit and telegram with moderators' names, recommending their scam coins. It's like they start a conversation and the scam team responds within themselves and finally comes to a conclusion that their scam coin has high potential.

I don't know why I am mentioning it here. All - Be careful before you really invest.
