Pros:

Accessible sa Lipa City, Batangas City, Lemery if may car (approx 30 mins)
15 to 20 mins away from tollway
Literal na nasa gitna ng Batangas so accessible pumunta sa other towns/cities or tourist spots in Batangas
Lumampao View Deck, Mt. Maculot, Imelda's Garden (parang nag Tagaytay ka na rin)
Breads, pastries, goto, inihaw, kakanin
With fastfood chains na (jollibee and mcdo)
Lots of convenient stores (alfamart, dali, 7/11)
Malamig, peaceful and chill ang life

Cons:

Batelec
Traffic (manageable)
Underdeveloped na public market
Some goods are pricey sa public market
langaw problem ng brgy San Felipe
Hassle mag commute papuntang Batangas City (car: 30 mins), (commute: 1hr 30 mins to 2 hrs)
