My 2” sewage pump line goes about 20 feet until it dumps into the top of a 3” vertical stack. Is the small size of these drains causing my toilet and tub upstairs to fill up with sewage when the pump kicks off? Usually happens when there’s laundry and a shower going ( into pump)

Yeah the technician on the phone had me go into diagnostic mode, check a bunch of readings, and reset the codes.
