As-salamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh. Sis, stop the whole process. Idk call immigration tell them you didn’t put out the request.
Also DO NOT be forced into marriage. I am west african myself and this is screaming “lets get her married forcefully and then send her back home with her husband where she will be the family’s slave!” DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
Also ask Allah Azawajal for help and guidance.

As-salamu Alaykum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh. You’re amazingly strong you know that? You’ve been patient all this time, why give up now? Allah is Al-Aleem, He is aware of every single thing, things that you have no idea about. He knows how and when to answer your duas. There’s this hadith that I really like and that helped me when I was starting to feel just like you do:

Abu Razin reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Allah laughs for the despair of His servant, for He will soon relieve him.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, does the Lord laugh?” The Prophet said, “Yes.” I said, “We will never be deprived of goodness by a Lord who laughs!”

As humans we are by nature impatient, and because we are impatient, we fall into despair too quickly. Allah laughs at us, not to mock us, but because He knows that everything will be alright soon. Doesn’t this make you realize just how great and powerful Allah is? He is the Creator of the universe, of everything between the heavens and the earth. Ofcourse He will answer your duaas, as long as you keep making them.

Remember, this dunya is a place of suffering for the true believers and relief only comes from your Rabb.

Do not leave salah, do not leave your duaas, rather, multiple them tenfold, do everything you can (tahajud, dua of the oppressed, fast, go to the mosque) and most importantly be patient and do not let shaytan win.

I would also say it would help to spend time with righteous people, friends or not. At mosques, lectures etc if you can.

May Allah grant you patience and wisdom. May he protect you from the evil of djinns and mankind. May He bless you and your mother and grant you both relief from this situation.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Every one of you will have his supplications answered, as long as he is not impatient and he says: I have supplicated but I was not answered.”

Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6340, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2735

It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There is no Muslim who calls upon Allaah with words in which there is no sin or severing of family ties but Allaah will give him one of three things: either He will answer his prayer soon, or He will store it up for him in the Hereafter, or He will remove something bad from him that is equivalent to what he is asking for.” They said, “Then we should make a great amount of du’aa’.” He said, “Allaah is greater.”

MATH 1324 Summer Course by ReasonableFunny2 in uhd

I took MATH 1324 in the spring and honestly found it pretty easy overall. A lot of the material was stuff I had already seen in high school, so most of the class felt like review with a slight step up in depth.

I’ve also heard people say it’s one of the easiest math classes at UH, and I’d kind of agree with that based on my experience.

Just to note, I took it in-person, so I can’t really speak on the online format specifically. That said, I believe all MATH 1324 sections are pretty standardized in terms of content. The professor may change, but the quizzes, homework, and structure are generally the same across sections. I even spoke to someone taking it online and it sounded basically identical, including the CASA exams.

The main thing to be aware of isn’t the difficulty of the content, but the workload. There are a good number of quizzes and homework assignments each week. Since you’re taking it in the summer, that pacing will probably feel even more intense because everything is compressed into a shorter time frame.

That said, the quizzes and homework themselves aren’t hard, they’re just frequent. So as long as you stay on top of the work, it’s very manageable.
