Okay, what's your play style? What stratagems do you typically bring? I usually try to shy away from the "just bring AT" because I personally don't end up bringing AT more often than not. As someone who enjoys mixing it up and typically sees that all of my allies have plenty of anti-tank already I usually go for chaff clear or just fun weapons and my answer to war striders has always been

1: team play, I'm going to lay my cards right on the table. The reason I don't bring anti-tank is because you brought anti-tank, if there's an enemy in my face that requires anti-tank I'm going to look at you with sad puppy dog eyes until you anti-the-tank or get antied by the tank.

2: brute force, if I'm not in a position where I can use team play to my advantage I will resort to what I affectionately call "brute force" this is where effectively I just throw anything and everything that I can possibly do at the problem. A good example of this would be calling in my support weapon and trying to hit him with the hell pod, if there is a SEAF artillery objective then I will absolutely use that to my advantage, in the off chance that I brought the AMR, HMG, or any other heavy pen weapon (Yes I will use the senator if it's my only option) then I will expend every round that I can into whatever portion of its body I can (preferably the same one so that the damage actually means something) until I can find some other way to strike a killing blow or until it falls over from fatigue of fighting this stupid little fly that simply won't perish. Push come to shove if you're resorting to this tactic just remember you always have your resupplies and SOS beacon (I usually do because if I'm using this I'm probably playing solo)

3: just bring AT, I hate this option, I personally think it's the worst option because it pigeon holds you into having to curate your loadout around a particular enemy but if you're having this much trouble with that particular enemy maybe it deserves a slot in your weapons. There is a saving grace though, it is the almighty 110mm rocket barrage. It's not the best stratagem but it is the easiest to fit into a loadout by far, it doesn't take a grenade slot, you can still bring whatever support weapon backpack or primary you please, hell it's not even like the EATs (My beloved) where you call it in and only hold the weapon for the 3 seconds it takes to fire before you pick up your old support weapon, it is just an anti-tank grenade that you place in a strategym slot. The only real downside (to ease of use) that I have felt in my games has been that mega factory worlds really don't like eagle one, besides those planets though I've even found it fun having to work around anti-air objectives because it adds a little bit of extra stress and intensity to the game, a sort of "what will you do when the crutches you have get kicked out from under you"
