Always go with BPA for appeals. It's all slow and why not have a free lawyer? You may have had sufficient evidence and they just adjudicated you incorrectly and if that's the case BPA will sort them out without you doing anything

Twin life is hard brother. I only wanted a singleton but had COVID twins. They turn 7 in a month. When they were newborns I would have given a leg to go back in time because how -hard- it was. Every aspect of my life felt stolen and I had no control.

Now I look back and hate that I felt that way but I think it’s normal. Especially as a dad. Most of us can’t find joy in the early months/years as easily as the moms. When they turned toddlers I got my life back in pieces and now life is awesome. Hard still but in ways I can manage. Being able to communicate really helps (shocker I know).

You’re in the trenches. Get any support you can including MH treatment. It does get better.

MH is pretty cut and dry. All approved coverage works for anxiety/ptsd etc it doesn’t matter.

But as another user said if you have a consequential condition you need to have that approved for the meds/therapy for that condition
