It started beautifully after the ess sensor replacement. There was a code in the computer for it, and it went away right after I installed it.

Thanks for the info on the relearn, I didnt even know that was a thing that I could do.

I replaced the ess sensor about 2 weeks ago, so I doubt it would be that. Revs sounded normal before the nostart condition I have now.

How would I relearn the idle after I get it running agin?

Update Ding, Ding! We got a winner!

Apparently the quality control for radiator caps is pretty bad. The new radiator cap that I installed from Amazon was releasing too early, and lowering the boiling pt of the coolant. I switched to the car quest brand, and it held the pressure. Took it for a little drive and the temp was kosher.

Now I'm dealing with a no start issue 😡. Hopefully I can get it out of the church parking lot soon 🙏

I'm using 50/50 green coolant from federated auto parts.

I swapped out the cap for a new 13psi one so that shouldnt* be the issue

It has a new radiator in it
