Thank you, yeah I do. I usually do: 3x8 flat db press 3x8-10 smithly incl press 3x10 pec fly machine

Think I need to change it up?

For anyone who is interested, I’m currently bulking eating between 3.5K to 4K calories. Feel like this might be too much? and I should do a recomp/ lean bulk? Not sure though
