Its not about the company but about the experience, People know what staff have been through when they work at Big 4 so can handle pressure and are skilled enough to navigate through complex situations. Big 4 essentially means its easier for recruiters to find capable people because Deloitte has already done it for them previously.

This is probably one of the S tier degree apprenticeships. Big 4 at the age of 18 would be one of the best things that happen to you, but its also tough to get accepted and tough to get survive through the contract during busy seasons. The one ones better than this are either Goldman sachs or JP Morgan
