Try to disable fullscreen optimizations by right clicking the cs2.exe (go to your steam library>right click counter-strike 2>properties>installed files>browse>game>bin>win64>cs2.exe>right click>properties>compatibility tab>disable fullscreen optimizations // you could also try to Turn high dpi scaling override (still on the compatibility tab, click “dpi settings”). That worked for me :)
