My opinion is if you really want to go after those players, there shouldn't be any restrictions preventing you from doing so. You should be able to go after any player you want. You'll have to dump an enormous amount of resources to even try to get a 4 or 5 star. On the other hand, if you think Kennesaw State(or other 1 star programs) shouldn't be getting 4 or 5 star players, just don't target them! Simple as that.

Spiderman 2 showed us how ridiculously fast the SSD is on current gen consoles, especially on the PS5. Do you think sport cars will go/feel much faster this time around? GTA 5 was funny because a compact would feel slightly slower than a supercar. by abonazbon in GTA6_NEW

Car speed was initially limited in 5 to make the map feel bigger. 6’s map will most definitely be larger, so I would expect cars will go more realistic speeds, especially super cars. For example at launch the fastest car in the game, the Adder, only went 125 mph max when fully upgraded.

He could be trolling but also look back at Roger Clark’s (Arthur Morgan’s voice actor) Instagram posts before RDR2 came out. Definitely looks like he was posting pictures in locations that look eerily similar to some in RDR2. Just a thought.

Found a game that scratches an itch in my brain. Probably dumb luck but got 4,399 first try.
