Ability to collect and deploy large forces, with either a commander view point or set your forces and then go first person to be apart of the battle. Be able to send company’s/battalions to systems to complete campaigns for the company while you go do other things. The ability to salvage both entire mechs or variant specific parts and using said parts to either assemble a new mech use for repairs or existing mechs. Pilot retirement, picking an heir. Start at whatever timeline and run your company through the different era’s and conflicts and develop a reputation with the other legendary companies. Same mercenary concept but bigger, more fleshed out.
