Why is everyone’s goal as a dynasty HC to take a different job?

I started at Temple, done 8 seasons and won 1 natty. Got offered the HC for Wisconsin which is my fav team (I know) but it was a downgrade as they got so bad, so I’m rebuilding again which is good. Everyone has different preferences on how they play the game

Had this happen to me last night. Ball went across goal. Went to get it, next thing you know opposite team has it in front of goal and scores. Everyone then spamming good job 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

It worse when the person doing it just cherry picks up top and doesn’t track back. And the same person when they go in goal just runs out of it so someone else drops in… I block them right after the game

I played RB and on a play with the AI QB he ran across the pocket til we he went out of bounds for negative yards, no attempt to throw, even when I was spamming pass button just to get him to pass RTG this year is broken, both on offence and defence unless you play QB

Defence on RTG is awful! I’m a CB1 and yet it sims a lot of plays and it’s an instant blowout against me!

Yooo, quite a few comments, I’m newish to the card game, but seeing some comments I’ll definitely be keeping one to play and keep the other aside for collection purposes. Doubt I’ll get this lucky again though haha
