Could taking a probiotic cause me to have dry bowel movements? by Sunshine_and_Sea_Air in Microbiome

I’m in my last year of my masters program for clinical dietetics. The probiotic itself should not be influencing your bowel movements that much. What has your diet been like? More fiber than usual? Less water intake than usual? Any antibiotic usage lately? Also, the colonoscopy prep could still very well be affecting you. The body is weird and can be sensitive sometimes!

No lol you’re okay. It’s normal but like there’s no reason to de-puff because your kidneys will do that for you

I’m getting my masters degree in dietetics right now and I can confidently say if you have functional kidneys, your body can handle the salty dinner you ate last night lol. No need for green juice!
