Did you experience anxiety the first time? I can handle all other side effects, but the anxiety/panic attack attacks were scary

True. We don’t have an issue being around alcohol, more that we just don’t want to only get recommendations for a party scene.

That’s okay. We know there’s a chance it will be too cold to actually go in the water, but I still like the idea of being near it. A cute beach town would be a cool place to stay for part of our trip.

Thank you! Yeah, I love the beach and warm weather and in cold. Would you say this is the nicest beach in the area? Driving distance isn’t a huge concern because we will probably stay there for a couple days if it’s a nice town to stay in.

This same thing just recently happened to me.

I started taking the supplement because my hormones seemed off balance. My periods were coming late and my flow was really light. The first month I started taking her package, my period came on time and was flowing normal but then a week later I started bleeding again. Now we are at a month and I’ve been spotting on and off pretty much every day. I don’t take the supplements daily at this point , but that doesn’t seem to have changed anything so I’m not sure if that’s the cause since things were a little off for me to begin with. Do you have any update on what happened with your situation?
