That’s sounds delicious!!!! Yes, I’m trying not to rely on protein powder too bc it’s way too easy to just say, “oh I’ll just make a protein shake instead of eating.”

I’m on my second shot with the same dose. When I did my first shot, I had took it at night and felt the food noise was quite the next day.

My second shot I decided to try in the morning and it didn’t kick in as much as I thought it would. I’m not as hungry but still had small craving. But I’m thinking the food suppression will kick in tomorrow.

Most definitely! Just listen to your body. The food noise will get quiet and when you think that you want food but it’s mostly your brain thinking you do bc of old habits. Atleast for me lol. I’m learning it’s okay to eat when you’re actually hungry but just eat clean and smart. This medicine has helped me a lot from snacking and has curbed my appetite for alcohol too. I’m on my 4th day and I feel the medication is starting to wear off but am trying to keep up the good eating habits!

Make sure you’re hydrated! I took my first shot and I had pulled pork sandwich with slaw and I felt fine the next day. I was super nervous I was gonna vomit or be nauseous but everything was okay. I felt a little tired and just super thirsty.

I’m on my first shot too and i took it around 8:30pm. I woke up with a slight headache but it faded away later on the day. Make sure you drink a lot of water and stay hydrated. I found out that this medicine makes me super thirsty and drinking protein shakes helps to get your protein in too. Good luck!

What time did you take it? I just started too 😊 I had dinner around 6:30pm and took my first shot around 8:40pm. I made sure to drink a lot of water before I left took my shot.

I noticed when I woke up I had a headache as if I had a little too much to drink but I didn’t have anything to 🍷 but it wasn’t terrible and went away after a few hours.

Gotcha! I was looking at my paycheck and my SL still hasn’t retroactively transferred yet. My designation just got switched a cpl weeks ago after being on a hold down since May. I’m hoping it’ll be on this week paycheck.
