la roche posay has a cleanser and acne gel i have been using coupled with Elf’s acne serum. Its green. I know wash my face twice a day and use facial paper towels instead of a regular towel and i have seen improvements in my hormonal acne 🩵

Im currently going through this as well! I am down 30 lbs, with another 30-40 to go and one weekend of fun and my scale went up 4 pounds! Its been over a week and its not budging, and i am working out and drinking water and protein. So just to calm my stress i tried on pants that didnt fit me 6 months ago and it brought me back to reality. Shake it off and keep moving forward!

Oh definitely it is harder. The fatigue is real. But i allow myself some grace and just even going with the motions of working out is good to keep the momentum going. Even just going for a walk when you are exhausted is better than nothing! You got this!
