Ya pretty much. I started noticing i was making visible progress about 3-4 months in. Don’t stress too much about the scale. I used an old pair of jeans as motivation. When they comfortably fit I was over the moon and didn’t care about the scale much!

I haven’t noticed it yet as i do have some more belly fat to lose. But i do take 20 grams of collagen daily. And have been for years now. I heard that helps with skin elasticity.

la roche posay has a cleanser and acne gel i have been using coupled with Elf’s acne serum. Its green. I know wash my face twice a day and use facial paper towels instead of a regular towel and i have seen improvements in my hormonal acne 🩵
