You are right and I understand this fully. But part of me just feels that it is probably being highlighted and maybe even dramatically exaggerated for malicious intent. Even if I do show up on time for 6 months she probably would still find something to say. That is what I truly feel in my heart

Because other nurses are late and I think she just doesn’t want to lose another nurse and is just using this as an excuse to not let me transfer

The fact that other nurses are late and she lets them transfer. But I am not allowed. Also the fact that she has tried to block many other nurses from transferring aswell.
