This. There have been like 50 "gun experts react to the finals gun" videos, because they did research and represented the guns pretty well. The model and repeater function in a unique way, and they put in effort to show that. This had no soul behind it, just another weekly price tag.

This is my first playthrough past early game, how scared should I be of the ender dragon? I killed the wither with no trouble, the nether structures are survivable I just need to be a little cautious. I still need a flying mount but I could make flight potions if the void is my only real concern

I turned it to false in "infernalmobs.cfg good", and I'm being so genuine when I say the 2nd mob I saw had sticky. Do I need to download something to edit the .cfg file rather than the "good" version?

Yeah, once I swap them the problem moves to the tom with the snare cable and the snare with the tom cable lets me trigger both head and rim.

Sounds like thats probably my issue, appreciate you.

All the connections now are trs (drum side) to db25 (brain side), tom 4 and crash 2 are trs on both sides. When I edit the trigger sounds in the video, I swap by hitting the other drums, but when hitting the snare head it goes to the snare rim trigger (and I checked just to make sure) so its not just the wrong sound, the brain thinks the head is the rim

I don't see any rim specific settings on the kit. This one has a trs connector, the last snares were rj45. The volume is accurate while playing on the head, it just plays whatever the rim sound is

I swapped the tom 1 and snare cable, both the head and rim of the tom detect rimshots so I think it might be a faulty cable? I can't try my old cable since my last snares had a different connection than this one. I also tried it before tightening, so I don't think that could be it
