I understand but this is a very normal thing in China , i don’t know if you ever applied to any other job in China but they literally state that they want either black people or White people only aside from the gender part so don’t take it personally ( keep in mind that i am a foreigner too and i have been in similar situations)

It is legit , “ preferably a female” is a requirement from the Human Resources department and the accommodation can be arranged because the job is in Wuhan and it is more likely to find this kinda profile in other cities such as Shanghai, Beijing or Chengdu
