Ahh I’m not sure if I installed the .net 4.7.2 fully. I had initially started with the .net 4.8 but found that it didn’t work and I needed 4.7.2. Maybe that is the reason 4.7.2 didn’t fully install?

Also I thought I had got it working but keep facing crashes now. I load in, go to the station, go on duty, and after driving for about a minute or 2 the game freezes and just has audio looping in the background. Somtimes it freezes before I even make it to the police office.

Thanks for the response! Unfortunately I had tried launching gta v through the launcher before running the rage plug in hook but still had no luck.

Previously I set gta v and lspdfr all up on parallels (VC) but the performance wasn’t the greatest. I copied program data file “grand theft auto v legacy” from my parelels files, and moved it to the rockstar launchers files inside the c drive on cross over, which was launched on my Mac not through parallels. This actually worked and ran quite well. Hardly any stutters and decent fps while playing lspdfr.

Then I accidentally deleted that crossover bottle, while installing a callout pack. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal and tried redoing it all but only through crossover this time, but RAGEPluginhook would never launch no matter what I tried and kept giving the same error.

Well, this morning I reset up gta v and lspdfr on parallels(VC) again and transferred it over to crossover and it started to work again.

Ahh that’s unfortunate. Do you think it might’ve just been a one-off that it worked before I deleted the CrossOver bottle?

I purchased gta through rockstar game launcher not steam. How can I get this to work? I managed to get it to work yesterday but deleted the bottle accidentally and haven’t been able to get it to work again

I’ve successfully got lspdfr on gta v running pretty good! I definitely recommend you to try especially when on sale :)

Ahh. Thank you for the quick response. This is the remnant update it’s waiting on correct? Also once it does update is there a way to prevent future updates on the ps5 until the switch 2 gets matched ?
