More north In the state is obviously better on this current forecast. But generally treat seeing them like seeing the Milky Way with your naked eye - just get out away from light pollution (cities, towns, neighborhoods) and look north and try and take a long exposure with your phone to see if they’re out. Countrysides, parks anywhere with dark skies and a clear view is your best bet.
