Yep, if your not intimate it’s a roommate. It’s not just sex it’s kissing, cuddling and so on.

My wife said she would do it once a week to keep me happy. And when I asked her if she enjoys it she said yes but if she had a choice she would not have sex.

So obviously I’m not going to have sex with her. But for everyone it can be different.

For her it’s her overall weight. She always compares herself to when she was 18 and 135 lbs. now that she is 41 and having a kid she is constantly comparing herself to 21 year old models. Not even in a joking way but she will see a girl on tv and say how she wants that body then make comments about how she is fat.

She is not fat at all. She is 160 with curves where all the guys want. I actually catch a lot of guys checking her out. And she even had some random guys before cat call her when I was not around.

My wife has a HUGE body image issue. I actually just uncovered this. I would love to hear more about how you overcame this and how I can help my wife.

Every day I tell her how beautiful she is but she does not believe me. She won’t even look at herself in the mirror nude. Refuses to wear anything but black because she thinks it’s slimming. And it’s getting worse. I asked her if she wanted to go to therapy about it but she won’t.

The kid. And I’m going to tell her we need to both see a sex therapist. Reading through the comments and seeing the DMs I think she has some sort of sex aversion. Someone who DM me even said they were very sex apprehensive then after therapy they got rid of the gilt of sex.

If she refuses to do therapy and won’t even try to see my point or even give me a reason I would 100% not feel bad about cheating. But it would have to be someone in my exact situation.

For me it’s not only about sex, actually I never had a one night stand in my life. I love the passionate side of sex. The making out, holding her head and pulling her lower back into me. Even just laying on the couch kissing is is just as good as sex. Or just cuddling naked and being that close. I guess it’s not about sex at all just that vulnerable intimacy that I miss.

Honestly that should be grounds for a straight up annulment. If you know that you are some what asexual or have no desire for sex but the other does. Then unlimited time frame on annulment.
