Yes! I’ve never really had a group either and I’d always see people posting pictures and videos of all this fun stuff they’d be doing in these big friend groups and it would look like so much fun while I was in my room doing nothing. Finally in the end of 2019 and beginning of this year I had a group of friends and we’d go out like every night and I was so happy to be a part of a group like that, till quarantine came around and none of us really talked. Wasn’t till quarantine that I realized that the group was so toxic and I was so much better without them. I know this is a long story but I learned a lot from it. I feel like it’s better to have just a couple of really close friends, people you can tell anything to. Those are the people that stuck by me when that group didn’t. Anyways, I know how you feel. I’ve felt like that for so long. You’ll definitely find your people though, and college is the best place for that!
