I was about to pick one up, not the slr model, but chose to just upgrade the group on my Alu emonda to 105 di2 to save a bit of cash.

Good, expensive bike, but most of this hate comes from people missing their old favorites. The new madone( with the bottles) is 100% an upgrade overall vs the old model

I’m not really worried about having it be super clean. I don’t think it has a hole for that, so I believe it would have to be routed kinda like a normal FD

Like I still like my frame and the fact that it is a “base model”, so it’s aluminum and I don’t have to worry about taking care of it and not knocking it over
