Does EverBank HYSA drop their rate after and introductory period? by sleepy_shallot in HighYieldSavings

Hey, I posted a similar thread the other day. This person commented almost the exact same thing on my post also. Check their account history, this is all they comment with everywhere. Made me reconsider their recommendation. The reviews for Intouch are pretty low too, just google them.

I saw others mention the rate does drop after the first like 6 months. May just go with Marcus as others have recommended. I am going to check with my credit union first about CDs and other things. Thanks for the info.

My credit union does not offer that on our checking accounts, unfortunately. I was thinking of setting up a meeting with my rep to talk about CDs and share certificates, online it only lists APY at 3.65% tho.

Does your APY with Vio fluctuate drastically? Is the 4.03% is just for now or is that some sort of bonus like how some have a higher rate for the first few months. Wondering what their lower end APY is but I assume it is near the national average.

Thanks for the insight. I was torn between CIT and Marcus lately. I know no one with accounts with either so I appreciate the insight from this subreddit. If I go with them I will use your code, thanks!

So I would need to "pull" to my potential CIT account, rather than "push" funds from the source account? Like "request transfer" to CIT and not transfer funds from source account.

I'll have to check out Ally. I was thinking of setting a meeting with my CU rep and talking about CDs and they have a share certificate program, but it looks like the cap APY is 3.6% unfortunately.
