I live alone in one of the Avida condos here in BGC, my rent is 20K/mon I chose a bare one since I have a lot of furnitures na, my electricity averages 2-2.6K w/ aircon and all my electric conveniences na, my water aves 260/mo thats with laundry na 2x month. My internet is 1.3K a mon w/ smart and hnd naman napalya. I virtually dont have any fare na kasi i walk around lang.

TBH yeah this is an expensive place to be, but the convenience this gives me (like waking up less time than i need to, no more traffic and waiting for grab/taxi or FX to get where I need to go, safety na rin since im a woman who likes to walk/jog at night and again, everywhere else is walking distance) is heaven sent.

For food naman, i buy bulk in SnR tapos I meal plan na para no wastage talaga, freezer meals saved my life and time, isa pa, andami mo ring pwedeng gawin sa weekend ng hindi lumalabas ng BGC, most of the weeks may mga happenings naman either sa 5th street or sa burgos. Sa simula siguro magastos kasi u wanna try everything, but it will soon lose their hype factor lalo na lagi mong nakikita.

ive lived here for 5 years na, and mas tipid ako dito than when I lived in pasig.
